CLEANING OF THE MACHINE

To avoid the risk of electric shock, injury or damage:
• Disconnect the power plug from the socket before cleaning.
• Never immerse the base of the unit in water.
• Never use abrasive, corrosive or scouring cleaners as they may damage the
machine.
Cleaning the base of the machine
1. Clean the base of the machine with a damp cloth. You can also use a little
dishwashing liquid.
2. Wipe off with a clean cloth.
3. Do not use the device base again until it is completely dry
Cleaning of splash guard, dough hook, whisk and beater
Note: The dough hook and beater are not dishwasher safe. The mixing bowl
and whisk can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
1. Place the pieces in cold or lukewarm water to soften any dough residue. You
can also add a little washing detergent to the water.
2. Remove the softened dough residues with a cleaning brush.
3. Rinse the parts with clean water.
4. Allow the parts to dry completely before using them again.
Cleaning the mixing bowl
The mixing bowl is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned in the sink or in the
dishwasher.
