CLEANING AND CARE

Note: Switch off the appliance before cleaning and unplug the appliance from the
wall outlet.
Clean the accessories immediately after pasta production with water and a mild
detergent. Wash all parts that come into contact with flour with special care.
• After you have cleaned the accessories, dry them carefully. Refit the parts to the
unit. The extruder discs can be stored in the drawer. Store the unit in a place that is
inaccessible to children, away from fire, moisture and direct sunlight.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids to avoid electric shock.
• The dough residue in the mixing bowl and on the discs can be removed more easily
when they are dry.
Cleaning the extruder discs
When the noodles are made, unscrew the lock nut, remove the washers and place them
in a ventilated place for about 2 hours. After the dough has dried, gently tap the washer
to remove it. Then wash it off with soap and a mild detergent.
