WEIGHT DEFROST: enables you to defrost pre-proqrammed meals listed. Follow the ex-
ample below for details on how to operate these functions.
Example 1: To defrost beef weighing 1.2kg from chilled using WEIGHT DEFROST.
Place the meat in a fan dish or alternatively on a microwave oven defrost rack on the glass plate.
1. Enter the weight by
pressing the WEIGHT
DEFROST keys until
the desired weight is
displayed.

TIME DEFROST
This function quickly defrosts food while enabling you to choose a suitable defrost period,
depending on the food type. Follow the example below for details on how to operate this
function.
Example: defrost the food for 10 minutes.
1. Select the menu required
by pressing the TIME
DEFROST key once.

NOTE: During the defrosting process the system will pause and beep to remind you to turn
the food over to ensure even defrosting. When this is complete, press START key to
resume defrosting.

to start cooking.
The display will count down
through the set cooking
time.
