0 2 ORBEA WARRANTY

Our continuous and daily effort to offer the highest quality
in our equipment allows us to offer the following warranty
and coverage conditions:
LEGAL WARRANTY
Orbea offers the original owner of OC wheels a legal war-
ranty of 3 years from the moment of purchase of the item,
or the period stipulated as a legal warranty in the country
of purchase.
This warranty covers all the OC components of our wheels
against manufacturing defects and/or lack of conformity,
and guarantees the repair or replacement of the defective
product at no additional cost to the affected customer.
This warranty includes coverage for construction/spoke
defects on our wheels during the period of time described.
This warranty does not cover manufacturing and/or com-
pliance defects of other manufacturers' components used
in our wheels. Warranty claims on such components in-
cluding, but not limited to, RaceFace rims, DT Swiss
hubs, Shimano hubs, and Mavic hubs must be processed
through a distributor of the manufacturer in question and
will follow the warranty conditions and coverage as de-
Under no circumstances does this warranty cover any
damages resulting from improper use, crashes, accidents,
and/or lack of inadequate maintenance, as well as the ha-
bitual wear and tear of parts such as, but not limited to,
seals, bearings, rim tape, freehub bodies, etc.

ORBEA LIFETIME WARRANTY
As a complement to the legal warranty, Orbea offers a life-
time warranty to the original purchaser of the OC wheels
or the bike on which they were originally mounted, provid-
ed that the original purchaser has registered their product
on the Orbea website within 30 days of purchase. Orbea's
Lifetime Warranty program covers the OC wheels without
a time limit against manufacturing defects and material
conformity.

PROGRAM
As a complement to the legal warranty, Orbea offers the
original purchaser carbon wheels models the option of a
2-year warranty with the Keep On Rolling program. Pur-
chasers must register the wheels or the bike on which
the wheels were originally mounted on the Orbea website
within 30 days of purchase. Coverage under this program
includes:
· Replacement of the carbon rim without the cost of rim
materials due to any breakage not covered by the condi-
tions of the legal warranty.
· The original owner will be responsible for the labor costs
associated with replacing the rim, as well as the material
costs of any other components of the wheel (other than
the rim) that must be replaced to return the wheel to its
optimum state of conformity.
· Coverage request for the Keep On Rolling program must
be processed through an authorized Orbea dealer.
· The dealer will perform the replacement of the rim af-
ter the claim has been approved by Orbea.
· Alternatively, and only for the countries included in this
option, the wheel(s) can be sent to the Orbea repair
center if the original owner wishes to have their wheel(s)
repaired by the team that originally built them. If the
wheel(s) are sent to the Orbea repair center, all the
spokes and nipples will be replaced in order to return
the wheel to its optimal state of conformity.
· If the wheel is sent to the Orbea repair center, the
original owner will shoulder the shipping costs, labor
costs, and necessary materials (excluding rim, spokes,
and nipples).
