You can do this by removing the valve core, adding the
required amount of sealant, and reinstalling the core.
You can also remove a portion of the tire from the wheel
(just enough to pour sealant into the tire) and reinstall
the tire on the rim. Consult the sealant manufacturer's
instructions for the proper amount of sealant to use for
your tire size.

USING INNER TUBES
IN TUBELESS WHEELS
Tubeless tires and tubeless wheels are compatible with the
use of inner tubes. To install an inner tube, you'll need to
un-seat one side of the tire, remove the tubeless valve, and
prevents the tube from kinking. Guide the inner tube valve
through the valve hole in the rim and screw it in place
with the nut.
Re-seat the side of the tire that you removed from the rim.

1 1 CASSETTE INSTALLATION

When installing a cassette, check that it uses the same
mounting standard as the freehub body on your rear wheel
(Shimano HG, Shimano Microspline, Sram XD, etc.).
* Check the tightening torque of the cassette mounting
lockring in the cassette manufacturer's manual.
