• 10 o'clock eye shows "minutes elapsed" for chronograph.
• 2 o'clock eye shows "1/20 seconds elapsed" for chronograph.
• Chronograph second hand shows "seconds elapsed" for chronograph.
• Crown 2 is alarm crown
TIME
Note: In some models, crown 1 (not ring) will set time.
To set the time:
1. PULL crown 1 out to "C" position.
2. TURN ring or crown either way to correct time.
3. PUSH crown 1 in to "A" position.
To adjust to a new time zone:
1. PULL crown 1 out to "B" position.
2. TURN ring or crown either way to move the hour hand in hour increments.
CALENDAR
To set the calendar:
1. PULL crown 1 out to "B" position.
2. TURN ring or crown 1 either way to move hour hand. Two complete revolutions relative to
the 12 o'clock position will move the date forward or backward. This will correct both date
and 24-hour time.
3. PUSH crown 1 in to "A" position.
NOTE: The date changes automatically every 24 hours.
ALARM
Note: In some models, crown 2 (not ring) will set alarm.
Set OVER 60-minute alarm
1. With crown 2 in (A) position, turn ring or crown 2 either way to correct alarm time (hour and
minute).
2. To activate alarm pull crown 2 out to (B) position. A single beep will sound and the INDIGLO
night-light will blink.
Set UNDER 60-minute alarm
1. With crown 2 in (A) position, turn ring or crown 2 either way to minute desired (hour hand
can be positioned anywhere on the dial).
2. To activate alarm pull crown 2 out to (C) position. Three beeps will sound and the INDIGLO
night-light will blink.
To silence and/or deactivate either alarm, push crown 2 in to (A) position. Unless alarm is
deactivated, it will automatically stop each time after 20 beeps.
CHRONOGRAPH
The chronograph is capable of measuring:
• 1/20 seconds elapsed up to 1 second (2 o'clock eye).
• Seconds elapsed up to 1 minute (chronograph second hand).
• Minutes elapsed up to 30 minutes (10 o'clock eye).
NOTE: Chronograph will operate continuously for 4 hours, after which it will automatically
stop and reset.
BEFORE USING THE CHRONOGRAPH, adjust all the chronograph hands to the "0" or 12-hour
positions.
To adjust chronograph hands:
1. PULL crown 1 out to "B" position.
2. PRESS pusher "B" until the hand at the 10 o'clock eye resets to the "30" position.
3. PULL crown 1 out to "C" position.
4. PRESS pusher "A" until the chronograph second hand resets to the "0" or "60" or 12-hour
position.
5. PRESS pusher "B" until the hand at the 2 o'clock eye resets to the "0" position.
6. PUSH in crown 1 to "A" position.
NOTE:
• Make sure the chronograph is stopped and reset before adjusting.
• PRESSING and HOLDING either pusher "A" or "B" for 2 seconds will cause the hands to move
continuously until the pusher is released.
Standard chronograph measurement:
Split Time Measurement:
1. PRESS pusher "A" to start timing.
1. PRESS pusher "A" to start timing.
2. PRESS pusher "A" to stop timing.
2. PRESS pusher "B" to split.
3. PRESS pusher "B" to reset.
3. PRESS pusher "B" to resume timing.
4. PRESS pusher "A" to stop timing.
5. PRESS pusher "B" to reset.
INDIGLO® NIGHT-LIGHT
With crown 1 in the "A" position, PUSH crown 1 to the "D" position. Entire dial will be illuminat-
ed. Patented (U.S. pat 4,527,096 and 4,775,964) electroluminescent technology used in
INDIGLO® night-light illuminates entire watch face at night and in low light conditions.
NIGHT-MODE® FEATURE
To use NIGHT-MODE® Feature:
1. PUSH and HOLD crown 1 to "D" position for 4 seconds to activate NIGHT-MODE® Feature
(U.S. pat. 4,912,688). PRESSING any pusher will cause the INDIGLO® night-light to stay on for
3 seconds.
2. NIGHT-MODE® Feature will last for 8 hours.
3. Or PUSH and HOLD crown 1 to "D" position for 4 seconds to deactivate Night-Mode® Feature.

Le chronographe peut mesurer :
• Les 1/20 seconde écoulés, jusqu'à 1 seconde (œil à 2 heures).
• Les secondes écoulés, jusqu'à 1 minute (aiguille des secondes du chronographe).
• Les minutes écoulées, jusqu'à 30 minutes (œil à 10 heures).
REMARQUE : le chronographe peut fonctionner sans arrêt durant 4 heures, après quoi il s'ar-
rêtera automatiquement et se remettra à zéro.
AVANT D'UTILISER LE CHRONOGRAPHE, régler toutes les aiguilles du chronographe à la posi-
tion « 0 », ou 12 heures.
Réglage des aiguilles du chronographe :
1. SOULEVER la couronne 1 jusqu'à la position « B ».
2. ENFONCER le bouton « B » jusqu'à ce que l'aiguille de l'œil à 10 heures se remette à la
position « 30 ».
3. SOULEVER la couronne 1 jusqu'à la position « C ».
4. ENFONCER le bouton « A » jusqu'à ce que l'aiguille des secondes du chronographe se
remette à la position « 0 », « 60 », ou 12 heures.
5. ENFONCER le bouton « B » jusqu'à ce que l'aiguille de l'œil à 2 heures se remette à la posi-
tion « 0 ».
6. ENFONCER la couronne 1 à la position « A ».
REMARQUE :
• S'assurer que le chronographe est arrêté et remis à zéro avant de le régler.
• GARDER le bouton « A » ou « B » ENFONCÉ durant 2 secondes causera le déplacement con-
tinu des aiguilles jusqu'à ce que le bouton soit relâché.
Utilisation normale du chronographe :
1. ENFONCER le bouton « A » pour démarrer le chronographe.

• El OPRIMIR y SOSTENER el pulsador "A" o "B" durante 2 segundos hará que las manecillas se
muevan de manera continua hasta liberar el pulsador.
Medida estándar del cronógrafo:
1. OPRIMA el pulsador "A" para comenzar la cuenta.
