, Prepare the Device for Treatment
• Use the Skin Tone Tester to unlock the unit. Fig. 15.
• Select energy level determined by the skin patch test. Fig. 16.

• Place the flash window firmly against the skin.
The light will be solid green if the flash window is in full contact with the skin. Fig. 17.
• Press the flash button to deliver a flash. You should expect to see a bright flash of light (similar to a
camera flash) and you should feel a mild sensation of warmth.
• Immediately after a flash is delivered move the flash window to a new treatment location.
, NOTE: The device can flash approximately every 5 seconds. During this time an hour glass icon will
appear on the display. Fig. 18.

• Treat the skin in an organised, grid-like pattern to ensure you cover the entire intended treatment
