 Ensure sufficient lighting conditions at the workplace to avoid stroboscopic effects!
 Wear suitable work clothing and footwear.
 When working on the product, never wear loose jewellery, loose clothing, ties or long,
open hair.
 Hide long hair under hair protection.
 The product may only be operated, serviced or repaired by persons who are familiar with it
and who have been informed of the hazards arising from this work.
 Never leave the loaded product unattended.
 Ensure that unauthorised persons maintain a safe distance from the product and keep
children away from the product.
 Do not overload the product!
 Do not work on the product when you are tired, not concentrated or under the influence of
medication, alcohol or drugs!

Special safety instructions for this product

 Do not use the product on inclined surfaces. Use the product only on level and solid
ground. Warning! The product may possibly sink in or trip down, if it is used on hot tar
macadam ground.
 Before using the product, prevent the vehicle against inadvertent rolling. Engage
handbrake, wedges etc. and switch off the engine.
 Only use the product if the hydraulic is in good operating condition and has been properly
maintained.
 Especially check, if the product is leaking hydraulic oil, for right fitting of the screws, vents
and oil filling.
 Place the floor jack that way to avoid handling under the vehicle.
 Make sure that there are no passengers in the vehicle and persons keep a safe distance to
the vehicle while the product is in use.
 Never enter the lifted vehicle or start its engine.
 For choosing the right vehicle lifting points recommended by the vehicle manufacturer,
please take the vehicle handbook. Please Note: Wrong positioning of the floor jack may tilt
or damage the vehicle!
 Make sure that these lifting points on the vehicle are not rusty, dirty or greasy.
 Make sure that the load is properly held by the entire saddle and that the lifting position of
the load is stable enough to support the load adequately.
 Never lift up the whole vehicle.
 Never place the product at an angled position for lifting.
 Never try to move the lifted load during the lifting process.
 Do not lift vehicles, if there is risk of spillage of fuel, battery acid or other dangerous
substances.
 Never work under a lifted vehicle, if you do not take additional safety measures such as
supporting by jack stands, blocking the wheels etc., to avoid inadvertent rolling, slipping
or tilting of the vehicle
 Always watch the product and the lifted load during operation.
 Never push a load off the jack.
 Make sure that no persons or obstacles are under the vehicle before lowering. Avoid
abrupt lowering of the vehicle in order to avoid damaging the product and the vehicle.
 Observe the permissible loading capacity. Do not overload the product!
 Make sure the product castors move free and there are no obstacles under the vehicle.
 Do not use this product to transport loads or to load vehicles.
 Use the product on level, solid and load-bearing surfaces; do not use on floors that may
sink or break through.
 Make sure that there are no people in the vehicle to be lifted.
 Take the correct lifting points from the vehicle manual.
 Never work under a lifted vehicle that is held only by the product. Always use safety
stands.
