6. After the vehicle has been lifted, slide safety stands with appropriate load capacity (not
included in the delivery content) under the lifting points recommended by the vehicle
manufacturer. Always use two safety stands and position them on both sides of the vehicle
exactly on the same point.
NOTE: The permissible load capacity of safety stands is given in pairs. Therefore the summed
load capacity of both safety stands is not valid, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Do not exceed the specified load capacity.
7. Make sure that the lifting points of the vehicle are centered on the safety stands. Otherwise,
there is the risk of load loss, injuries and/or material damage.
NOTE: Both safety stands should be adjusted to the same height.
8. Carefully turn the lever counterclockwise to slowly lower the vehicle onto the contact surfaces
of the safety stands.
When working under the vehicle, this must always be secured with safety stands
against unintentional lowering!
13.2.2

Lowering

1. Carefully remove all tools, parts, etc. from under the vehicle.
2. Position the saddle of the product under the lifting point. Turn the lever firmly clockwise to
close the hydraulic valve and lift the vehicle high enough until the safety stand can be
removed carefully.
3. In order to lower the vehicle carefully to the ground, open the hydraulic valve carefully by
turning the lever slightly counterclockwise.
4. When the vehicle is lowered, take out the product and lower the lifting arm completely.

14.1

Cleaning

Wrong cleaning agents can attack the varnish of the product. Do not use solvents,
nitro thinners, or other cleaning agents that could damage the product's paint.
Observe the information and instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturer!
Regular cleaning is a prerequisite for the safe operation of the product and its long service life.
Therefore, remove dust and abrasion regularly with a soft, lint-free (cotton) cloth, otherwise the
hydraulic piston may wear prematurely.
14.2

Maintenance

The hydraulic oil should be changed every twelve months. Only use HLP hydraulic oil
(ISO VG class 46 or higher) that meets the requirements of DIN 51425, Part 2.
