To insert the license plate into the frame slide the license plate into the
upper side of the frame and press the license plate toward the holder.
Then move it down into the lower frame.
Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws at two sides of the camera, adjust
the camera angle to locate the picture in the monitor at the best position,
and then tighten the screws.

Now insert the two cut clasps according to the
arrow direction in the fi gure, making them press the
license plate tightly.
