10.4 Extruder nozzle cleaning

1. Turn on the device, click to enter the "Extruder" page, expand the material
selection drop-down box, and select a material for preheating (select the material
used for the last printing, here is the TPR material as an example). After selecting the
material, the nozzle automatically starts heating. (Shown in the picture below)

2. Observe the status bar at the top, wait for the print head to heat up to the target
temperature, and clean the print head with a through needle.

3. How to clean the E285 nozzle: push the feed handle above the nozzle,
insert the through needle from above, and poke down with a certain force,
the depth of the through needle inserted into the nozzle is about 3mm
between the end and the nozzle shell, back and forth Pull and insert a few
times until the nozzle has no residue to squeeze out. After cleaning, please
use a shovel to scrape off the residue on the nozzle, otherwise it will affect
the levelling and printing effect.

Through needle is only for E285 print extruder,
E175 print extruder is not available
4. The E175 nozzle does not available for through-needle cleaning. After
heating the temperature, directly insert the PLA material into the nozzle
and eject the miserable material. It is also necessary to use a shovel to
scrape off the residue on the nozzle to avoid affecting the levelling and
printing effects.
