10.2 Scroll wheel inspection

a: Inspection and adjustment of nozzle roller
Rotate the nozzle gently (around the Y axis) by hand
as shown in Figure 1, and observe whether the nozzle
shakes. If you feel that there is a gap between the
nozzle and the X-axis, use an open-end wrench to
adjust the eccentric nut under the nozzle (as shown in
Figure 2) until you feel the gap between the nozzle
and the nozzle. It should be noted that the eccentric
nut is not as tight as possible. Too tight will cause the
deformation of the roller to increase, which will affect
the smoothness and smoothness of the movement.
After adjusting the eccentric nut, slide the nozzle left
and right by hand when the equipment is turned off
to feel whether the movement is smooth, and ensure
that there is no gap between the nozzle and the X axis
and the nozzle movement is smooth.

b: Heat bed roller detection and adjustment
As shown in Figure 3, gently shake the hot bed from
side to side by hand, and observe whether the hot
bed will shake. If the hot bed and the Y-axis are loose,
you need to use an open-end wrench to adjust the
eccentric nut under the hot bed (as shown in Figure 4)
until there is no gap in the hot bed. There are two
eccentric nuts on the hot bed. When adjusting, both
nuts must be adjusted. After adjusting the eccentric
nut, slide the hot bed back and forth with your hands
to feel whether the movement is smooth, and ensure
that there is no gap between the hot bed and the Y
axis and the hot bed moves smoothly.

c: Z-axis roller detection and adjustment
As shown in Figure 5, move the roller on the inner
side of the Z axis by hand. If the roller can rotate
freely (the roller does not fit with the Z axis), use an
open spanner to adjust the eccentric nut (as shown in
Figure 6) until the Z axis roller It just can't rotate
freely. There are two eccentric nuts for Z axis, both
sides need to be adjusted.
