10.1 Printer inspection before printing

• Before starting to print, we need to check the status of the device. Mainly to check the following points:
• Whether the structure is loose, mainly to check whether the several rollers are loose after long-time transportation.
• Whether the belt is slack, if the belt is slack during the printing process, it will affect the printing accuracy
• For nozzle cleaning, before starting to print, use a through the needle to clean the nozzle, but before cleaning the nozzle, the temperature of the nozzle needs to be heated
to the printing temperature. We recommend that you clean the print head after each printing so that you don't need to clean it again before starting printing next time.
Especially when printing TPR materials, you need to develop a good habit of cleaning after each printing, otherwise the materials will remain in the air for a long time.
Heating in the nozzle will be difficult to clean.
• Whether the equipment is leveled reliably. Leveling refers to adjusting the relative level between the nozzle and the hot bed and maintaining a reasonable distance. If the
distance is too far, the material extruded from the nozzle cannot be reliably attached to the heat bed, causing printing failure; if the distance is too close , There is not
enough space to accommodate the extruded material, causing the nozzle to block. Under normal circumstances, if the equipment is not moved or subjected to impact or
replaced with new accessories, it can be used for a long time with only one leveling. If you are familiar with printers, you can also judge by observing the printing situation of
the underlying model at the beginning of printing. If the bottom layer is well bonded and the lines are uniform, it means that the equipment is well leveled. Otherwise, if the
bottom layer is not well bonded or the material is not discharged smoothly, it means that the leveling is problematic and the printing needs to be terminated and re-leveled.
