1. Pre‐load adjustment
a. The pre‐load adjust plug is in the bottom of the seat tube that can be used to
adjust the pre‐load of the suspension seat post.
b. When adjusting the pre‐load plug ,
step1: loose the stop nut with 6mm allen key.
step2: to turn the adjust plug with 10mm allen key, turning the plug clockwise
make the seat post stiffer, or turning the plug counterclockwise makes
the seat post softer.
step3: tighten the stop nut to prevent the pre‐load adjust plug from loosing.

c. There is a pre‐load indication etching mark in the inner of the seat tube. Set
the plug between the pre‐load travel mark without exceeding the maximum
and the minimum line can keep the post in the best function. The figure
shows the min pre‐load and max pre‐load condition
