Filling the Water Tank
NOTE!
Unplug the steam cleaner before filling the water reservoir.
Do not touch any hot parts before allowing them to cool down adequately.
1. Lay the steam cleaner horizontally.
2. Open the cover of the water reservoir.
3. Fill the container provided with the appliance with water. Take care not to spill the water out.
Note : We recommend you to use purified water in steam cleaner particularly in areas where
hard water is available. You may use tap water in the appliance, but the use of untreated hard
water may reduce the performance of the appliance and shorten its service life. Never use
boiling water in your steam cleaner. Avoid using hard water.
4. Use the provided container to fill the reservoir up to the "MAX" line.
5. Close the lid of the reservoir and secure it. Lift the device upright.
The reservoir shall provide approximately 15 minutes of steam when it is filled. The appliance
shall not generate steam unless you turn on the power button and allow enough time for the
water to warm up.
NOTE!
The tube that transfers the water from the Water Reservoir to the heater is weighted with a
brass ball. This is an intentional design to increase the efficiency of water consumption. It
is normal for this ball to make a clicking sound inside the Water Reservoir during operation.
If you think the brass ball is loose from the tube, refer to the instructions provided in the
Troubleshooting Guide to secure it again.
