1.- Open the box. Take out all the packing material and remove the protective cover from the
unit and its parts. Do not dispose of the packaging until the item has been checked to
ensure it is working correctly.
2.- Prior to use, carefully clean all parts that could come into contact with food products.
3.- Before each use, ensure that the regulation valve (11), the safety valve (13) and the gasket
(7) are clean and are working correctly.
4.- Once all the ingredients have been placed into the pot, add salt to taste and mix together.
Please check there is adequate space between the food to be cooked and the lid (9) with
the safety valve (13) on it. Keep the level of the food within the established MIN. and MAX.
limits.
5.- Put the lid (9) in place by making the two notches line up with those on the handle of the
body of the pot.
6.- Turn the handle (5) in a clock-wise direction until the lid is firmly secured.
