Self-monitoring function
The self-dehydrating air breather has a self-monitoring
function.

Status indicators
Five LEDs which indicate the status of the device are
installed inside the terminal box and observable through
the glass.
Green LED (Fig.2/A):
Yellow LED (Fig.2/B):
Yellow LED (Fig.2/C):
Blue LED (Fig.2/D):
OFF: solenoid valve is:
- Red LED (Fig.2/E):
The display (Fig.2/F) shows information that is normally
displayed as:
• State (Fig.3/B):
- IDLE: normal functioning
- WARM UP CYL: heating tank 1 or 2
- DRYING CYL: maintenance at high temperatures in the
tank (1 or 2) during the regeneration phase
- COOL DOWN CYL: after the dehydrating phase
• Salt Saturation (Fig.3/A): Salt condition:
- 0%: completely dry
- 100%: saturation condition
• Alarm warning: an alarm warning is displayed on the
screen when a failure occurs. The warnings are:
- WARNING: FAN 1 FAIL and FAN 2 FAIL
(only for eSDB30 and eSDB40)
- HEATER 1 FAIL
- HEATER 2 FAIL
- TANK 1 NOT DRYED
- SALTS REPLACEMENT
What is detected
- Failure of the power supply
- Failure of the electronic circuit
- Failure of the heating element
- Failure of the weighing cell
