UTILIZZO DELLE MOTOPOMPE A DIFFERENTI CONDIZIONI
E' possibile utilizzare le motopompe in condizioni di portata e pressione differenti rispetto a quelle riportate nella tabella.
I limiti massimo e minimo di portata sono pari a quelli indicati in tabella rispettivamente alla massima
velocità ed alla minima velocità per ciascun modello di motopompa e non debbono essere oltrepassati. I
limiti massimi di pressione pompa e di delta-pressione motore sono pari a quelli indicati in tabella per
ciascun modello di motopompa e non devono essere oltrepassati.

La portata acqua della pompa e la portata olio del motore sono legate da un fattore RQ.

Per calcolare le portate e le pressioni acqua ed olio nelle diverse condizioni di funzionamento è necessario utilizzare i
fattori RQ ed RP riportati in tabella per ogni modello di motopompa come segue :
Qm (portata motore) = Qp (portata pompa) x RQ
Pm (delta – press. motore) = Pp (press. pompa) / RP
Qp = Portata pompa - Pp = Pressione pompa - Qm = Portata motore - Pm = Delta-pressione motore

USE OF THE MOTOR PUMP AT DIFFERENT CONDITIONS
The motor pump could be used in different flow rate and pressure conditions than those stated in the table.
The maximum and minimum limits of flow rate are equal to those indicated in the table respectively to
maximum speed and the minimum speed for each model of motor pump and must not be exceeded.
The maximum limits of the pump pressure and the delta-motor pressure are equal to those indicated in the
table for each model of motor pump and must not be exceeded.
The flow rate of the water pump and the oil flow rate of the motor are linked by an RQ factor.
The pressure of the water pump and the oil delta-pressure of the motor are related by an RP factor.
To calculate the water and oil flow rates and pressures in the different operating conditions it is necessary to use the RQ
and RP factors shown in the table for each model of motor pump as follows :
Qm (motor flow) = Qp (pump flow) x RQ
Pm (motor delta – press.) = Pp (pump press.) / RP
Qp = Pump flow - Pp = Pump pressure - Qm = Motor flow - Pm = Motor delta-pressure
Qp (portata pompa) = Qm (portata motore) / RQ
Pp (press. pompa) = Pm (delta - press. motore) x RP
Qp (pump flow) = Qm (motor flow) / RQ
Pp (pump press.) = Pm (motor delta - press.) x RP
