Installation:
The door terminal must be mounted alongside the
door frame, level with the door handle, in such a
way that the centre of the emergency switch is not
more than 1050 mm from the floor.
Key to LED displays:
The operating modes of the system are
displayed by coloured LEDs in the door
terminal or central control panel. The
significance of the individual LEDs is as
follows:
Key to indicator lamps:
red LED green LED
Green LED, continuously lit:
System unlocked. No fault signals present.
System can be locked at any time (see
"Continuously unlocked" mode).
Green LED, flashing at an on/off ratio
of approx. 1/1:
System unlocked. One (or more) already
acknowledged alarm signals are still
present. The system cannot be locked, see
"Evaluation of individual alarm conditions".
Green LED, flashing at an on/off ratio
of approx. 10/1:
System unlocked. Temporary release,
alarm suppression time or advance
warning remain operative.
Red LED, continuously lit:
System locked in normal condition.
Yellow LED, continuously lit:
A fault/alarm signal is present. The yellow
LED always lights up with a second LED
(see display combinations below).
Yellow and red LEDs:
Alarm active and system locked. A fault
signal is present but the locking element is
not energized (see "Locking with alarm"
mode).
Yellow and green LEDs:
Alarm active and system unlocked. A fault
signal is present and the system has been
unlocked (see "Unlocking with alarm"
mode).
An integral acoustic signal in the door
terminal sounds in the event of emergency
unlocking or sabotage (reset by key-switch
in door terminal).
Key-switch - Function with escape door
unit 720-20(22) and factory setting of
dip-switch S4.
yellow LED
Brief operation to the right:
escape door locking "on"
door monitoring "on"
or temporary release.
