Please note:
• For lubrication of the
guide rails, suitable
grease for roller bearings,
NLGI consistency class 2,
must be used.
• For each linear section,
two lubrication units
LU 2/LS are required
for lubrication of the
rollers on both sides of
the workpiece pallets
WT 2/LS.
Required accessories:
• LC 2/LS grease cartridge
(NLGI consistency class 2
grease suitable for roller
bearings) 3 842 562 441
(2x)
1. Install the lubricating
brushes on the belt
section.
2. Install the holders of
the lubrication unit
horizontally on the
section support.
3. Pre-assemble the
support brackets and
the connection sets.
4. Seal the screwed
connections with the
sealing agent enclosed.
5. Insert the support
brackets and the
connection sets into the
holders.
6. Connect the lubrication
units to the lubrication
brushes.
Please note:
• The hoses from the
lubrication units to the
lubricating brushes
should be kept as short
as possible.
