7. Flip the pancake when its upper side no
longer looks fluid. This should take ap-
prox. 4 minutes.
8. Then bake the other side of the pancake
for approx. 4 minutes. Ideally, both
sides of the pancake are now golden
brown.

9.2 Beef tenderloin

1. Set the pan to level 5.
2. Put approx. 2 tbs concentrated butter
into the pan.
3. Let the pan preheat with the lid closed
for at least 5 minutes.
4. Put some spices, as desired, into the
pan - e.g. some steak seasoning.
5. Place the fillet steak preferably approx.
3 - 5 cm from the edge of the pan.
NOTE: the preparation is done without lid.
6. Fry the steak according to the desired
degree of doneness. Turn the steak regu-
larly.
7. Season the finished steak with salt and
pepper, and let it rest for another
approx. 5 minutes before serving.
