WARNING! Risk of material damage!
Do not use any astringent or abrasive
cleaning agents.
Clean the device after each use and remove
all food residues.
Glass lid
• You can clean the glass lid 3 in the dish-
washer or rinse it off by hand.
Internal surfaces of the multi-pan
NOTES:
• Food residues are easier to remove if
you do this immediately after the device
has cooled down.
• Sticky food residues are often easier to
remove if you leave warm water with a
little detergent in the multi-pan 7.
1. Remove as many fat and food residues
as possible with paper towels.
2. Wipe off the internal surfaces of the
multi-pan 7 several times with a damp
cloth and mild detergent.
3. Wipe several times with a damp cloth
and clear water.
4. Dry the multi-pan 7 off completely with
a tea towel.
External surfaces of the multi-pan
1. Clean the outer surfaces of the multi-
pan 7 with a soft, damp cloth using a
mild soap solution.
2. Make sure that no water enters the sock-
et 6.
3. Allow all surfaces to dry completely be-
fore putting the items away or using
them again.
Power cable, thermostat and plug
1. Clean the power cable with mains
plug 4 and the plug with thermostat 5
with a soft, slightly moistened cloth.
2. Make sure that all parts are completely
dry before you reconnect the device.

8. Storage

DANGER for children!
Keep the multi-pan 7 out of the reach of
children.
• Clean all parts and allow them to dry
thoroughly before putting the multi-
pan 7 away.
• Select a location where neither high
temperatures nor moisture can affect the
device.

9. Recipes

9.1 Pancakes

Ingredients for 3 pancakes:
• 4 eggs
• 100 g flour
• 125 ml milk
• 30 ml mineral water
• 2 tbsp sugar
• a pinch of salt
1. Use a whisk or hand mixer to mix the
flour and milk to form a homogeneous
mass without any lumps.
2. Add the eggs and thoroughly mix the in-
gredients once more.
3. Add sugar, salt and mineral water and
stir well.
4. Then keep the batter in the refrigerator
for 30 minutes. The gluten can thus form
a continuous network.
5. Set the pan to level 3 and let it preheat
with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes.
NOTE: baking the pancakes is done with-
out lid.
6. Pour approx. 130 g of batter into the
pan and evenly distribute it by tilting. If
necessary, use oven gloves. Avoid accu-
