Unterteil aus pflegeleichtem Kunststoff (ABS) – Oberteil aus beschichtetem Aluminium.
Eine Materialkombination – die unserer Ansicht nach – ideal für eine Presse ist, bei der
beide Teile während der Patty-Zubereitung ggf. auch einmal am Rand aufeinander-
stoßen können. Die Beschichtung des Stempels wird durch die Kunststoffschale nicht
beschädigt.
Anwendungsbeschreibung:
Vor der ersten Nutzung sorgfältig spülen und abtrocknen. Spülmaschinengeeignet - wir
empfehlen jedoch Handwäsche.
Legen Sie sich am besten vorgeschnitten Backpapierquadrate auf einer glatten Oberflä-
che aus, damit Sie die Patties gleich schön übereinanderstapeln können.
Fetten Sie Ober- und Unterteil mit ein wenig Öl ein und geben Sie dann die gewünschte
Fleischmenge hinein. Sanft andrücken und – fertig. Zum Herauslösen das Unterteil mit
leichtem Schwung auf die mit Backpapier ausgelegte Fläche klopfen.

A material combination that in our opinion is ideal for a press in which both parts can
come into contact at the edge when the patties are being prepared. The plastic shell does
not damage the coating of the mould.
Instructions for use:
Before first use, rinse thoroughly and dry. Dishwasher safe – but we recommend washing
by hand.
Place pre-cut squares of baking paper on a smooth surface so that you can stack the
patties evenly on top of each other.
Oil the top and bottom parts lightly with oil and then add the required amount of meat.
Press gently together and – that's it. To separate, tap the bottom part lightly on the
surface lined with baking paper.
