Rotation order of the inserts
Fitting a new insert

Tighten the insert using only the suitable TORX® PLUS-Torque wrench.

• Tool diameter ≥ 63 mm: 3 3 , , 2 2 N N m m

The markings on the insert indi-
cate the rotation order (1 to 4).
This order must be maintained!
9. Place the new or rotated insert half the
way into the insert pocket.
10. Press the insert into the insert pocket,
at the same time sliding the insert
down the insert pocket (see Fig. 6: Fit-
ting a new insert).
11. Secure the insert with the clamping
screw.
12. Tighten the clamping screw with the
defined tightening torque in a clock-
wise direction.
R R E E S S U U L L T T
The inserts have been replaced and
the tool is ready for service.
