The AT956A (Chef) and AT957A (XL/Major), KAB956PL
(Chef) and KAB957PL have been designed for use on
stand mixers listed in the compatibility chart, highlighted
with (
). For models TYPE KCC90, KCL95, KVC65/
KVL65, KVC85/KVL85 and KWL90 you will need to
purchase a KAX71 attachment.
Safety
Read these instructions carefully and
l
retain for future reference.
Remove all packaging and any labels.
l
The machine must be switched
l
on before adding the ice cream or
sorbet mix, to prevent the mix from
immediately freezing on the inside of
the bowl.
Unplug the machine before fitting or
l
removing parts or cleaning.
Never put your fingers or utensils
l
down the chute.
Do not touch moving parts.
l
Always make sure everything is
l
thoroughly clean before making ice
cream or sorbet.
Never freeze ice cream that has fully
l
or partially defrosted.
Any ice cream or sorbet containing
l
raw ingredients should be consumed
within one week. Ice cream tastes
best when fresh, so do not make too
far in advance.
Ice cream or sorbet that contain raw
l
eggs should not be given to young
children, pregnant women or the
elderly.
