6. When you are done, turn the unit off, unplug the appliance and allow the grill
to cool down completely. Then remove the grill plates and the drip tray and
clean the grill and all parts as described in the chapter CLEANING AND CARE.
Important: Use only plastic or wood cooking utensils to remove the food.
