Tightening torques

CP 1210
Torque: 19–20 lbf.ft (25–27 Nm). Apply
A.
Loctite® 242™(Loctite is a registered trademark
of Henkel Corporation. 242 is a trademark of
Henkel Corporation).
B. Torque: 70 lbf.ft (95 Nm).
C. The cylinder seal must protrude approximately
1 ⁄ " (1.6 mm) before assembly of the back

head.
Torque: 80–100 lbf.ft (109–136 Nm). Apply
D.
Loctite® 263™
E. Torque, Muffler (not illustrated) 6–7lbf.ft
(8–10 Nm).
Assembled length of spring or bushing.
