5.2 Examples

None of the following examples are
guarantee claims:
Color differences cannot always be
°
avoided during production and do not
constitute a reason for complaint.
The fading or lighter edges of textiles do
°
not constitute a material defect, they are a
result of normal wear and tear.
Mechanical effects, such as friction or
°
rubbing or improper use, that create holes
or rubbing spots in the material.
If the carrycot textiles are washed cor-
°
rectly, the material, and the sheep's wool,
do not change! Please be sure to observe
the washing instructions in the care
instructions carefully. If the fabric cover
exhibits the following defects after
washing, this is clearly due to improper
washing and does not fall under the
guarantee:
- shrinking of fabric cover
- wool is felted
- wool has penetrated the material
- the wool is no longer evenly distributed
in the cover
Wool and material are matched with one
°
another, so that the wool hardly pene-
trates the material under normal use.
However, it is natural for wool fibers to
penetrate the material under normal use,
due to mechanical wear. You can simply
remove these fibers with a clothes brush.
Tearing of the seams or push buttons:
°
When purchasing your stroller, please
check whether all fabrics have been
properly sewn and whether the push
buttons are securely fixed. In the event
of a claim, we kindly ask you to submit
you claim immediately within a period of
two weeks. Claims that are made later
than one month after your child's birthday
cannot be accepted and are regarded as a
result of wear.
