USE
• Place the ingredients on the grille and pour the smoking chips on to the chip tray.
• Close the lid and plug the appliance into the mains to start smoking.
• WARNING! Do not pour sauces or other liquids onto the heating element.
• WARNING! Do not move the product while it is in use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the product from the mains before cleaning it.
• WARNING! Only clean the heating element once it has cooled down completely.
• Remove all detachable parts from the barrel.
• Remove the heating element from the bracket.
• WARNING! Before the heating element can be removed from the bracket,
the product must be unplugged from the mains and left to cool down completely.
• WARNING! The heating element must not be immersed in liquid.
• Clean the heating element, grille, grease tray, chip tray and the heating
element's bracket with washing-up liquid. Rinse the parts with water and
dry them. Wipe with a well-wrung cloth. Wipe the smoker's chassis
with water and washing-up liquid.
