Problem
The compressor does not
start immediately after
pressing the "FastFreeze"
or "FastCool", or after
changing the temperature.
Water flows on the rear
plate of the refrigerator.
Water flows into the refrig‐
erator.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be
set.
DEMO appears on the dis‐
play.
The temperature in the ap‐
pliance is too low/too high.
Possible cause
This is normal, no error
has occurred.
During the automatic de‐
frosting process, frost
melts on the rear plate.
The water outlet is clog‐
ged.
Food products prevent that
water flows into the water
collector.
The melting water outlet is
not connected to the evap‐
orative tray above the com‐
pressor.
The "FastFreeze function"
or "FastCool function" is
switched on.
The appliance is in demon‐
stration mode.
The temperature regulator
is not set correctly.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly.
The food products' temper‐
ature is too high.
Many food products are
stored at the same time.
The thickness of the frost
is greater than 4-5 mm.
Solution
The compressor starts af‐
ter a period of time.
This is correct.
Clean the water outlet.
Make sure that food prod‐
ucts do not touch the rear
plate.
Attach the melting water
outlet to the evaporative
tray.
Switch off "FastFreeze
function" or "FastCool
function" manually, or wait
until the function resets au‐
tomatically to set the tem‐
perature. Refer to "Fast‐
Freeze function" or "Fast‐
Cool function".
Keep the OK button press‐
ed for approximately 10
seconds until a long sound
is heard and display shuts
off for a short time.
Set a higher/lower temper‐
ature.
Refer to "Closing the door".
Let the food products tem‐
perature decrease to room
temperature before stor‐
age.
Store less food products at
the same time.
Defrost the appliance.
