    RICHTIG EINSTELLEN Sie können den Drehstuhl in der Sitzhöhe, Sitztiefe sowie Rücken- lehnenneigung verstellen. Dadurch wird Ihnen eine ergonomische Sitzhaltung ermöglicht. Eine aufrechte Sitzhaltung stärkt Ihre Wirbelsäule. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass Sie Ihre Beine in einem Winkel von leicht über 90° und Ihre Füsse vollständig auf den Boden aufsetzen.
  • Seite 11 Stellen Sie die Höhe der Lordosenstütze so ein, dass sich die stärkste Spannung des Sitzstoffs auf der Höhe der Lendenwirbel befindet, also ungefähr auf Gürtellinie.
