RICHTIG EINSTELLEN Sie können den Drehstuhl in der Sitzhöhe, Sitztiefe sowie Rückenlehnenneigung verstellen. Dadurch wird Ihnen eine ergonomische Sitzhaltung ermöglicht. Eine aufrechte Sitz- haltung stärkt Ihre Wirbelsäule. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass Sie Ihre Beine in einem Winkel von leicht über 90° und Ihre Füsse vollständig auf den Boden aufsetzen. - Seite 11 Stellen Sie die Höhe der Lordosenstütze so ein, dass sich die stärkste Spannung des Sitzstoffs auf der Höhe der Lendenwirbel befindet, also ungefähr auf Gürtellinie. Die Lordosenstütze hilft, Ihre Wirbelsäule bei langem Sitzen zu entlasten und Ihren unteren Rücken in seiner natürlichen Form zu unterstützen.
