RICHTIG EINSTELLEN Sie können den Drehstuhl in der Sitzhöhe, Sitztiefe sowie Rückenlehnenneigung verstellen. Dadurch wird Ihnen eine ergonomische Sitzhaltung ermöglicht. Eine aufrechte Sitz- haltung stärkt Ihre Wirbelsäule. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass Sie Ihre Beine in einem Winkel von leicht über 90° und Ihre Füsse vollständig auf den Boden aufsetzen. - Seite 13 Sitzhaltung möglichst häufig wechselt. Dies beugt Fehl- stellungen, Verspannungen und Rückenschmerzen vor und trägt zudem zur Stärkung der Rückenmuskulatur bei. Wenn Sie die dynamische Sitzfunktion des ofinto Active aktivieren, bewegt sich der Stuhl nicht nur nach vorne oder hinten, sondern auch seitlich und führt so automatisch zu einem stetigen Wechsel Ihrer Sitzposition.
