2. ACTIVATE LEARNING MODE
• Press and hold [MUTE] and [VOL +] buttons for approx. 3
seconds until the LED turns on.
• Select the device you want to control using the button
corresponding to the device (e.g. TV). A correct selection is
indicated by the LED with a flash followed by a continuous light.
• Enter the code [9] [8] [0]; the LED will flash 2 times and then
stay on.
• The universal remote control is now ready to learn new
commands.
Note:
If the LED flashes eight times and automatically exits learning
mode, it means that you have run out of storage space. The
remote control can store a maximum of 125 commands.
3. COPYING COMMANDS ON BUTTONS
• Press and release a button on the original remote control. The
LED on the universal remote control will flash to confirm that
the information has been received.
• Then press and release the target button on the universal
remote that you want to associate.
• If the LED flashes 3 times and then stays on, the command has
been learned correctly.
• Repeat these steps to learn other button functions.
• Press the [SETUP] button to save the code and exit learning
mode.
Note:
When replacing the batteries, the remote control will retain the
functions of the buttons learned.
