Possible Causes
Fine particles are absorbed inside the Dust
Container through the Dust Bag.
The Dust Bag is damaged.
The Auto-Empty Outlets are stuck by debris.
Main Brush has debris on it and requires cleaning.
Fan malfunction.
The Air Freshener Capsule is not installed.
The Air Freshener Capsule reached its service life.
Objects have fallen into the Air Freshener.
Solutions
Clean the Dust Container Lid and inner wall.
Check the Dust Bag and replace it.
Uninstall the Auto-Empty Dust Bin and clear the debris.
Clean the Main Brush.
Wipe the contacts and make sure Air Freshener is in contact.
