Maintenance plan

Follow the safety instructions and procedure in
the operating manual and in the spare parts plans!
If any defects are found in the machine that could en-
danger persons or damage property, stop the machine
immediately and ensure that it cannot be used again
until all repairs are completed.
Before starting cleaning or maintenance work:
- End operation!
- Let machine cool down!
When working on the machine (set-up, maintenance,
service, repair, cleaning, etc.), the power supply of the
machine has to be disconnected from the mains
(disconnect power plug)!
Maintenance
Electrical components:
Visual check for damages
Check both switch-on lever
Machine:
Check detent of the handle
Check clutch

Attention:
Electric shock and risk of fire due to faulty electrical
cables! Check the power line and power plug regularly for
functional safety.

If the switch-on levers are operated incorrectly, they may
break under certain circumstances.

Before starting work check for wear or tear.
The operating and maintenance personnel responsible
for the machine must ensure that no one can enter the
machine's danger zone during operation or
maintenance work.
Maintenance work may only be performed by trained
specialists! They must be familiar with the dangers
associated with such work, protect themselves and avoid
danger!
The machine needs to be secured against tipping during
maintenance work!
If necessary, make use of braces.
Keep in mind the weight of the machine and the
machine parts! Secure dismantled parts against falling.
After cleaning and maintenance work, check the safety
equipment for completeness and functionality.
