Umbau auf Hubanordnung 40 mm aus-
sermittig. WT-Mitte frei bei b = 240
– "A" mittig
– "B" außermittig
Ausbau

HP 2/L aus der Station ausbauen.

Schutzkasten demontieren. Hier-
bei Schraube nur 1/2 Umdrehung
herausdrehen. Bei fehlender Schrau-
be könnte Schmutz in die Führung
gelangen.

Kupplung des Pneumatikzylinders
lösen.

Positionierplatte lösen.
 Siehe Fig. 27, 2 auf Seite 39
VORSICHT
Gestell könnte beim
Demontieren auf Ihre
Füße fallen.

Gestell abstützen.


Bei Anbauort unter Strecke die
Leisten versetzt montieren.

Tischplatte entsprechend gestalten.

Positionierplatte um 40mm versetzt
montieren, entsprechend Lochbild.
Hierbei Teile mit Loctite sichern,
Führung ausrichten, Drehmomente
einhalten.

Conversion to a lift arrangement off

Disassembly

Disassemble the HP 2/L from the
station.

Disassemble the housing element.
To do this, unscrew the screw by
only 1 / 2 a revolution. Contamination
may penetrate the guide if the screw
is missing.

Loosen the pneumatic cylinder
coupling.

Loosen the positioning plate.
 See Fig. 27, 2 on page 39
CAUTION
Frame may fall on your
feet during disassembly.

Support the frame.

Installation

Assemble the rails offset if
installation location is under the
section.
 See Fig. 27, B on page 39

Appropriately prepare the table top if
the installation location is on a table.

on page 16

Assemble the positioning plate offset
by 40 mm according to the hole
pattern.
Secure parts with Loctite, align
guide, observe torques.

拆卸

将 HP 2/L 从站位中拆下。

拆下罩壳。在此仅将螺栓向外拧 1/2
圈。在缺少螺栓的情况下，污染可
能会进入导向。

松开气缸的联轴器。

松开定位板。

注意
在拆卸过程中机架可能会
掉到您的脚上。

给机架加支撑。

安装

在安装位置在输送段的下面时，错
开安装板条。

在安装位置在工作台的上面时，相
应地布置工作台。


按照相应的安装孔错开 40mm 安装
定位板。在此用 Loctite 给零件加
防松保险，调整导向，保持拧紧力
矩。
