MALFUNCTIONS DURING OPERATION

Warranty and liability claims as a result of wrong handling are specifically excluded.
Malfunction

No water spray

Shower temperature too low
Shower spray is too weak
or no water is spraying out
at all
Spray arm does not move

Cause
The unit is in stand-by-mode
Main plug is not connected
Defective fuse on electrical
distributor
Fuse in internal mains connection is
defective
Power supply is interrupted
No water supply
Basket filter is clogged or
blocked with lime-scale
Shower temperature is set too low
Spray intensity is set too low
Spray nozzle clogged or
blocked with lime-scale
Power supply is interrupted
No water supply
Batteries are empty

Fault clearance

Slightly knock the rear cover (left)
Connect the main plug
Replace fuse on electrical distributor
Disconnect the main plug and contact customer
service
Have the power supply checked by a skilled person
Ensure the water supply is released
Contact customer service
Increase shower temperature
Increase spray intensity
Run descaling program
Restore the power supply
Ensure that the water supply is released
Replace batteries
