3. Optional assembly of the 5 ° angle adapter
The set also contains 4 angle adapters. If you do not want to mount the plasma/LCD TV flush against the
wall, you can tilt your TV at an angle of 5° by attaching the adapter. To attach the angle adapters, fit them to
the external sides of each carrying arm using the self-securing nuts (g) and the M6 x 60 mm carriage bolts
(h) (see sketch 3-A).

4. Attaching the TV to the wall module and securing the safety rail
First insert the carrying arms into the wall module from above and carefully allow the carrying arms to slide
down into the wall module (see sketch 4-A). Then, from one side, insert the safety rail (q) into the correspon-
ding slot in the carrier arm (see Sketch 4-B). Note: It is only when you attach the safety rail that your TV is
protected from removal from the wall module by (accidental) force effects from below. In addition, secure
the safety rail using the supplied rubber plug (r). To do this, stick the rubber plug into the corresponding hole
at the end of the safety rail. The safety rail can then no longer be unintentionally pulled out of the bracket.
You also have the option of using a lock for this purpose (not contained in the set), for example, if the
brackets are to be used in public places.
