Instandhaltung Typ Winkelhahn
MW-Hahn nicht unter Druck demon-
tieren. Vor der Demontage den MW-
Hahn schalten, damit eingeschlosse-
ner Druck entweichen kann.
Gesamtdemontage.
Die Zylinderschrauben (8) herausschrauben.
Die Deckplatte (6) mit dem Dichtring (43) und
dem Lagerband (34) sowie dem Druckring (11)
und dem Dichtring (35) abnehmen. **
Die Sechskantmuttern (16) abschrauben. Den
Deckel (2) mit der oberen Schaltwelle (31), der
Dichtung (32), der Buchse (36), der Scheibe
(38) und dem O-Ring (52) abnehmen. Die
Schaltwelle (31) ganz nach unten aus dem
Deckel (2) drücken.
Die Stutzen (3), mit einem Montagespreizdorn,
und die Blindstutzen (4) aus dem Gehäuse (1)
herausschrauben. Die Ringkolben (50) mit den
O-Ringen (48) den Tellerfedern (21) und den
O-Ringen (51) abnehmen. Die Kükenwelle (30)
mit den Buchsen (44) aus dem Gehäuse (1)
nehmen.
Der Ausbau der unteren Schaltwelle (29) er-
folgt bis ** gleich.
Dann die Schaltwelle (29) mit der Buchse (36)
und der Scheibe (38) aus dem Gehäuse (1)
herausdrücken.
Je nach den Erfordernissen genügt eine teil-
weise Demontage des MW-Hahns.
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Rei-
henfolge.

Maintenance two-way type
Do not disassemble the MW ball valve
under pressure. Before disassembly
operate valve so that possible pres-
sure behind the ball may escape.
Disassembly
Unscrew the cheese-head screws (8). Take off
the cover plate (6) with sealing ring (43) and
bearing tape (34) as well as thrust ring (11)
and sealing ring (35). **
Unscrew hexagon nuts (16). Take off lid (2) with
upper stem (31), seal (32), bushing (36), disk
(38) and O-ring (52). Press stem (31) down-
wards out of the lid (2).
Use an expansion mandrel to unscrew con-
nections (3), and unscrew blind connection (4)
from body (1). Take off annular pistons (50) with
O-rings (48), Belleville washers (21) and O-
rings (51). Take plug shaft (30) with bushings
(44) out of body (1).
To disassemble the lower stem (29), proceed
as described above until **.
Then press stem (29) with bushing (36) and
disk (38) out of body (1).
Depending on the requirements, a partial dis-
assembly of the MW ball valve may be
sufficient.
To reassemble, proceed in reverse order.

Démontage
Dévisser les vis (8). Retirer la plaque (6)
avec bague d'étanchéité (43) et palier (34)
ainsi que bague de pression (11) avec
bague d'étan- chéité (35).**
Dévisser
les
écrous
hexagonaux
Enlever le couvercle (2) avec l'arbre de
commande supérieur (31), joint torique
(32), palier(36), butée (38) et joint torique
(52). Pousser l'arbre de commande (31)
vers l'intérieur et l'enlever du couvercle (2).
Dévisser du corps (1) les embouts (3) - à
l'aide d'un outil de démontage extensible
(spécial) - ainsi que les embouts borgnes
(4). Retirer les joints de sphère (50) avec
joints toriques (48), ressorts Belleville (21)
et joints toriques (51). Sortir du corps (1)
la sphère (30) avec ses butées (44).
Pour
démonter
l'arbre
de
inférieur
(29), procéder d'abord comme
décrit ci-dessus jusqu'à **.
Ensuite, retirer du corps (1) l'arbre de
commande (29) avec palier (36) et butée
(38).
Le
robinet
MV
démontée partiellement.
Le
réassemblage
s'effectuera
l'ordre inverse
