Inbetriebnahme
Vor Inbetriebnahme ist eine Dicht-
heitskontrolle durchzuführen.
1. Vor Inbetriebnahme der MW-Kombination
ist das Abdrücken, Spülen und Trocknen
der Rohrleitung erforderlich.
ZurVermeidung von Beschädigungen
an den Dichtungen, MW-Kombination
in Stellung OFFEN belassen.
2. Nach dem Spülen ist eine nochmalige Prü-
fung der Flanschverbindungen notwendig.
Gegebenenfalls sind die Schrauben nach-
zuziehen.
3. MW-Kombination betätigen.
Zur Vermeidung von Beschädigungen an
den Dichtungen sind nur 90° Schaltwege
ohne Zwischenstellung zulässig (Abb. 14).
MW-Kombinationen sind keine Drossel-
elemente.
4. Schaltstellungen der MW-Kombination.
Die MW-Kombination ist offen, wenn die
Kerben an der Mitnehmerhülse zur
Stellungsanzeige übereinstimmen (Abb.
15).
Start-up
Before start-up of the MW combin-
ation a leak test must be performed.
1. Before start-up of the MW combination, the
pipeline must be tested under pressure,
rinse and dried.
The MW combination must be set to
the OPEN position in order to avoid
any damage to the seals.
2. The flange connections must be checked
again after rinsing. If necessary, retighten
the bolts.
3. Actuating the MW combination
Only 90 °C turns without intermediate stop
may be carried out in order to prevent any
damage to the seals (Fig. 14).
MW combinations are not control
valves.
4. Open position of the MW combination
The MW combination is open when the
notches of the sleeve agree with the
position indication grooves (Fig. 15).

Mise en service
Avant de mettre l'ensemble MV en
service, il faut le soumettre à
un contrôle d'étanchéité.
1. Avant de mettre l 'ensemble MV en
service, il faut soumettre la conduite à
un essai de pression, la rincer et la
sécher.
Pour éviter tout endommagement
des sièges, laisser l'ensemble
MV en position OUVERTE.
2. Vérifier à nouveau les joints de
brides. Resserrer les vis si nécessaire.
3. Manoeuvrer l 'ensemble MV
Il faut le manoeuvrer de 90° sans
l'arrêter en position intermédiaire afin
de ne pas endommager les sièges (Fig.
14).
Les ensembles MV ne sont pas
des éléments de réglage.
4. Position ouverte de l 'ensemble MV
L 'ensemble MV est ouvert lorsque les
encoches de l'arbre de commande
coïncident avec celles de l'indicateur
de position (Fig. 15).
