9.0 Maintenance instructions

WARNING
- Before starting the service check, remember to switch off Main Isolator
Switch.
The one-year service interval only applies, if the heater is installed in a dry and clean
environment. If installed in an environment, which does not meet these requirements,
service intervals have to be decreased. Basically, the VLEx heaters are maintenance free,
for safety it is recommended to perform the following every year;
1. Visual inspection all over including wall-mounting details and fixation details.
2. All studs and nuts are properly tightened.
3. Check the insulation resistance of the heating elements according to relevant standard.
4. Keep heating elements, fan parts and junction box clean.
