SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
1. No hay imagen en el escáner.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
A. Power is not ON.
B.Cable not connected to power socket or to low voltage adapter.
C. Low voltage power plug not inserted into scanner.
D. Fuse may need replacing. Call for support.
E. Low voltage adapter may be defective. Call for support.
A. Do not power-on the scanner with a loaded document. Remove
document and start again.
A. Load document more quickly into scanner until a resistance is felt.
Hold in place until scanner takes the document.
A. Move document away from scanner until motor stops. Try loading
again. See previous item.
A. Select faster speed in software.
B. USB cable is too long. Max. 78" (2m).
C. Computer is too slow or needs file maintenance.
D. Image detail is set too high.
A. Check for obstruction inside scanner or rotate the document.
B. Check document larger than A4 and/or use magnetic guide.
C. Avoid very smooth documents.
A. Ensure document is loaded facing the sensors.
A. Lower scan speed or increase image detail setting.
B. Check for obstruction or bad document leading edge. Turn
document.
A. Run automatic stitch from Utilities program.

A. Run full normalisation from Utilities program.
A. Switch OFF scanner and clean the roller.
A. Switch OFF the scanner. Check lenses for contamination and
clean ONLY if necessary. Run normalisation from Utilities.
B. Run full normalisation from Utilities program.
A. Increase image detail setting.
A. Slow down the scanner.
B. Check computer specification is correct.
A. No hay suministro de energía eléctrica.
B. Cable no conectado a la toma de corriente o a un adaptador de
baja tensión.
C. La clavija de toma de corriente de baja tensión no está

D. Quizás sea necesario sustituir el fusible. Llame al servicio de
