Remedy
➜ Unload scale.
➜ Reduce preload.
➜ Set the scale to zero.
➜ Unload scale.
➜ Empty load plate before power up.
➜ Recalibrate zero point.
➜ Go back to gross mode.
➜ Ensure the scale is stable.
➜ Unplug power plug and plug in again.
➜ If the problem persists, contact your authorized METTLER
TOLEDO Service.
➜ Check calibration weight.
➜ Recalibrate scale.
➜ Switch off the scale and switch on again.
➜ Change unit to kg or g.
