Brief description
Starting lock – prevents the tool
from being accidentally switched
on.
On-/off switch
Anti–Vibration–System AVS. The drive
motor is suspended independently of the
switch handle, insulating elements absorb up
to 50 % of the vibration.
ENGLISH
Connect only to single–phase a.c. current and only to the system voltage indicated
on the rating plate. It is also possible to connect to sockets without an earthing
contact as the design conforms to safety class II.
Refer to the machine data plate to ensure that the machine voltage (V) and
frequency (Hz) are the same as for the power supply.
The saw is double insulated and is fitted with a two–core cord (or cord and moulded
plug).
Do not fit a separate earth (ground) conductor or connect any core of a
two–core cord to the earth (ground) terminal of a three–pin plug.
An electrical plug should be fitted to the power supply cord in accordance with the
country of use safety regulations.
To avoid electric shock or physical injury never operate the saw with a
defective switch or damaged supply cord.
A replacement cord, must conform to the original specification.
Extension leads must conform to local safety requirements.
An undersized lead will cause a drop in voltage at the machine, with loss of
power and overheating.
Typically the A-weighted noise levels of the tool are:
Sound pressure level = 95 dB (A).
Sound power level = 108 dB (A).

The saw blades of the KS 26 saw are only suited for sawing light bricks, sandstones,
limestones, composite slabs, and wood. The saw is not suited for sawing concrete
and hard stones.
Do not use this product in another way as stated for normal use.
