Complaints and warranties
The Verdanium Home left our factory fully functional and in proper working conditions.
However, should you encounter any complaints please make sure by using this manual that the Verdanium
Home has been installed and is being operated correctly.
In case the complaint persists, please contact your authorised service provider for further advice.
Warranty
In the unlikely event that parts of the purchased Verdanium Home are faulty or defective (except the chan-
geable filter cartridges) please contact your authorised service provider. The defective part or unit will be
reviewed in our factory and we will rectify the complaint. If the error occurred without being caused by the
user during the warranty period, the user is not responsible for any repair costs
Warranty conditions
This warranty is void if errors are caused by:
•
Incorrect commissioning, misuse, improper operation or maintenance, negligence, changes made
to the construction, accidents, disasters, fire, flood, freezing temperatures and effects of uncontrol-
lable forces.
The warranty also expires if any of the following conditions are not met:
•
The Verdanium Home must only be connected to the cold-water supply
•
The water pressure must be between 150 kPa (1.5 bar) and 450 kPa (4.5 bar)
•
The water temperature must be between 5° C and 35° C
•
The water pH must be higher than 6.5 but lower than 9.5
•
The water iron load must not exceed 0.2 mg / l
•
The amount of dissolved substances (salts) must not exceed 3.500 μS
Change of filters
The warranty applies only to Verdanium Home whose filters have been replaced regularly:
VA-Standard PP – sediment filter
Every 6 months
VA-Standard GAC – post-filter
Every 12 months
Applications
The Verdanium Home is intended for household use and similar environments only, such as:
•
in kitchens or canteens of shops, stores, offices, and other work environments.
•
used by guests of hotels, inns, motels, and other residential environments.
•
in bed and breakfast's and similar environments.
•
in restaurants and catering establishments and similar sectors outside the retail industry.
Please follow the respective hygiene regulations.

Warranty services are carried out exclusively through your authorized service provider. Transport is at
the expense of the user.
Depending on the level of water pollution, filter change may have to be carried out more frequently.
