In case of malfunctions which can impair safety, the system must be shut down im-
mediately and secured against being switched on again. The malfunction must then
be eliminated immediately.
NOTE
x A restart may be attempted in the event of an error message.

Possible remedies
Is the mains fuse connected?
Is the integrated DC switch switched on?
Is the DC voltage higher than the switch-on voltage of the inverter?
Set the time in menu «Inverter – Settings – Date/Time».
Check the dimensioning of your PV generator. Too many modules are connected in series.
Reduce the number of modules and re-commission the system.
The inverter has detected an insulation fault in the PV system during startup. Check your
PV system for possible insulation faults (crushed DC cables etc.). The measured insulation
resistance must be at least 1000 kOhm.
Check your PV system for possible insulation faults.
Check phases L2 and L3. If NEOZED fuse links are used, check whether one of them has
failed.
Restart the inverter. If the error still occurs, please contact the technical hotline.
Check the bus cables and terminating resistor connectors. (at the first and last unit). Check
whether the maximum permitted cable length of 100 m was exceeded. Check whether bus
cables were installed parallel to power cables. Separate bus lines and power cable from
each other spatially if necessary.
No sensor found on sensor channel 1 (solar) or 2 (temperature). If a sensor is connected:
Check the sensor connection. If no sensor is connected: Check the configuration via the
browser.
