x The inverter may not be installed in areas subject to explosion hazards.
x The inverter may not be exposed to corrosive gases.
x No combustible materials must be stored within 3 metres of the Solar Inverter.
x The high IP54 protection rating allows installation indoors and in roof-covered
areas outdoors. However, the inverter may not be directly exposed to rain.
x Note during installation that the inverter weighs 29 kg. The installation surface
must be firm and able to carry this weight in the long term.
x The installation surface must consist of flame-retardant material (not suitable:
wood or plastic surface; suitable: concrete and masonry), as the inverter frame
can become hot (up to 70 °C).
x A minimum distance of 300 mm to other units, cabinets, ceilings, cable ducts, etc.
must be maintained above, below and to the sides of the housing (see diagram).

x The inverter must be installed vertically to enable sufficiently free convection.
x Solar inverters may not be stacked in order to prevent excessive warming.
x Ensure sufficient heat dissipation when installing the inverter in a switch cabinet
or enclosed space.
