For easy operation, the following icons are used in the SERVICE-
WELT user interface:
Symbol Meaning
Click here to change a value (settings on the heating or ventila-
tion unit, e.g. temperature values).
Click here to directly select a view (e.g. to switch between
graphs on the start page).
Click here to cancel the current action.
Move the mouse pointer over the icon to display information
about a menu item.

start page

The SERVICEWELT portal start page provides a quick overview of
your system and lets you make the most important adjustments
directly.
The start page is divided into the following sections:
4.3.1 menu
The menu is located in the top section and is permanently dis-
played. It is used to navigate the menu structure.
Moving the mouse pointer over one of the main menu items will
open the corresponding submenu.

4.3.2 operating mode
The operating mode in which your heating or ventilation unit is
currently operating is displayed in the centre of the start page.

f Click on the edit icon. f
f Select the required operating mode. f
f Click on "Save". f
The selected operating mode is displayed.
4.3.3 Quick link
You can select the following essential parameters directly via the
quick link menu:
- Room temperature
- DHW temperature
- Fan stage of the ventilation unit
f Click on the required edit icon. f
f Select the required temperature / fan stage. f
f Click on "Save". f
The selection is made and displayed in the quick link menu.
4.3.4 graph panel / graph selection
The graphs provide information about the system values of the
last seven days.
You can select three different graphs for display. The graphs pro-
vide information about the outside temperature in °C as well as
the consumed heating or DHW energy in kWh.
f Click on the selection icon. f
The required graph is displayed.
5. troubleshooting
If you cannot remedy the fault, notify your qualified contractor.
To facilitate and speed up your enquiry, please provide the serial
number from the type plate (000000-0000-000000).
