Improper handling of the refrigerator may result in
damage.
• Never use harsh, granular, soda, acid or sol-
vent-based or abrasive cleaning agents. They could
damage the surfaces. All-purpose cleaners with a
neutral pH are recommended.
• Make sure that no cleaning water gets into the elec-
trical parts and the drain opening.

Cleaning the fridge compartment

1. Set the temperature control 2 to '0' and pull the mains plug out
of the socket.
2. Remove the chilled goods and place them in a sufficiently cool
room.
3. Remove the vegetable drawers 5 and the shelves 3, 4, 6
and 7. Clean the interior walls and all parts with a little dishwa-
ter. Add vinegar to prevent mould (cleaning vinegar, household
vinegar or vinegar essence).
4. Clean the opening of the condensate drain. This is located be-
hind the fixed glass shelf 6.
Notice: The condensation water flows into a drip tray above the
compressor and evaporates there. You do not have to dispose
of the condensation water.
5. Wipe down everything with clean water.
6. Wipe everything dry and leave the door open a while to air.
7. Place the shelves 3, 4, 6 and 7, and the vegetable drawer 5
back into the refrigerator.
8. Re-insert your refrigerated goods.
9. Re-insert the mains plug into the socket. Turn the temperature
control dial 2 to the desired setting.
